One of FLCC's Career Pathway Programs, you will learn core industry, safety, and quality assurance knowledge and skills used in the most in-demand advanced manufacturing occupations today.

You'll learn from experts in the field, practice using VR and hands-on techniques and meet local employers seeking candidates who want more than just a job, who want a career for life. This course is designed for anyone interested in gaining employment in an in-demand occupation in the advanced manufacturing field including, incumbent workers, non-traditional learners seeking a career change or to enter this field, and apprentices seeking related instruction for their DOL Occupation.

Because FLCC's GRIT (Growing Rural Infrastructure Together) training programs are designed to be flexible, with a convenient location in your neighborhood, you can attend in person at Bloomfield, Penn Yan, Macedon, Geneva, Clifton Springs, Newark, Waterloo, or from home.
