Join one of the fastest growing professions in the healthcare industry! This New York State approved course includes clinical and classroom instruction in patient care, and will prepare you for Nurse Assistant certification.

Students will learn: Patient care (clinical and classroom), patient safety, Infection control procedures, moving, feeding and caring for patients, Nutrition and diet therapy, assisting with admissions and exams, Communication with the patient, patient self care, Pre and postoperative care, Anatomy and Physiology, circulation and respiratory care, elimination procedures, human sexuality, and job seeking and retention skills.

You MUST attend an Information Session prior to being accepted into a Certified Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide training class.  Register for a FREE information session here:

This orientation session will provide you all the information needed to enroll and access possible funding sources for the CNA and/or HHA Training. You MUST attend an Information Session prior to being accepted into a Certified Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide training class.

You only need to attend ONE Information Session. You may attend an orientation session at ANY location near you.Please bring a NYS Driver's License or Non-Driver ID, and a copy of your Soc Sec card to the orientation session if you wish to be considered for all possible funding sources.

During COVID-19 operations, our Information Sessions will NOT be in person. If you register for any scheduled information session you will be contacted for a web or phone based meeting by the program manager.
